Mamé Kitchen: the art of healthy and gourmet eating since 2019 🥗
Founded at the end of 2018, Mamé Kitchen has quickly made its mark on the culinary landscape with a simple mission: proving that you can eat gourmet and healthy, in a perfectly balanced way, while enjoying yourself. Created by Alice and Thomas, Mamé Kitchen offers an experience where plant-based dishes are in the spotlight while satisfying meat lovers.
The menu offers 12 plant-based recipes (6 warm and 6 cold) and 8 protein-based recipes, only 2 of which are meat-based, with a strong commitment to local products and generous portions.
In May 2024, Kirp Gurche, formerly from Pokawa and Sushi Shop, joined the team as Managing Director to accelerate the chain's development, bringing with him his expertise in the management and growth of restaurant chains.
Today, Kirp shares with us his experience and the results achieved thanks to Flynt in this new phase of growth.
Flynt, Mamé Kitchen's ally for simplified management on Deliveroo and Uber Eats 🤝
"We were exclusive on Deliveroo until April 2024, then we decided to launch on Uber Eats as well. Thanks to Flynt, we were able to make the switch to multi-platforms without a hitch," explains Kirp.
Today, thanks to Flynt's centralised dashboard, Kirp can monitor the performance of each point of sale in real time, whether it's Deliveroo or Uber Eats. "The great thing about Flynt is that everything is in one place. At a glance, I can see what's working well for each of our restaurants and quickly adapt our marketing strategy if necessary."
Flynt also sends Kirp a daily report by email, summarising the previous day's performance. "It's a real time-saver. When I go from one point of sale to another, I don't always have time to connect to the software. Receiving a summary of what worked and what didn't is very practical," he adds.
Thanks to these tools, Kirp can make decisions quickly and take corrective action if necessary, while remaining flexible in his schedule.
Dynamic offer management: convincing results despite a declining market 🚀
‘The great strength of Flynt is its ability to adapt in real time to the traffic of our points of sale,’ points out Kirp.
At Mamé Kitchen, certain time slots, such as 12.30 to 1.30 pm on weekdays, are particularly busy. "During these periods, Flynt allows us to automatically suspend promotional offers to maximise our margins and maintain optimal operational performance."
In return, Flynt activates promotional offers and sponsored ads during off-peak periods to boost the restaurants' visibility. "The tool helps us maintain a constant flow of orders, even during quieter times," says Kirp.
This result is the fruit of optimised management of offers and visibility, enabling Mamé Kitchen to grow despite a declining market trend.
Precise monitoring of the visibility of each point of sale 👀
Kirp also highlights the importance of being able to track each point of sale's carousel time using Flynt: "With the number of restaurants on the platforms, consumers have a huge choice. In reality, if a restaurant doesn't appear in the carousels, it's practically invisible."
This precise monitoring enables Kirp to react quickly if a restaurant lacks visibility, and to adjust marketing actions accordingly. "It's an essential indicator that gives us a concrete vision of the impact of our strategy on restaurant visibility," he adds.
